Drivers attendance and leave policy

1. Attendance allowance

• Must fulfill working hour
• Leave can only be taken 2x per month (either full day or half day). Anything more than 2x, attendance allowance will not be given.

1. Working time

• Drivers are allowed to go back after 4.30 pm, earlier than 4.30 pm will be considered as half day

1. Replacement day

• Driver are entitled for half day replacement (4.00 am 99 Speedmart delivery) or one day replacement (10.00 pm 99 Speedmart delivery)
• Drivers who go home before 4.30 pm, no replacement day will be given
• Zahid must confirm driver's punch out time first before giving day replacement to drivers

1. Punch Card

• All drivers must make sure to PUNCH IN and PUNCH OUT everyday (exception is given to 99 Speedmart deliveries that takes off at early morning or late night)
• If drivers didn't PUNCH OUT that day, confirmation from their assistant will be needed.
