If anyone got symptom or contact trace with Covid-19 patients what we suppose to do :-
1. Risk Tiers - clarify which category 1-5.
2. Rapid Test ( Metro clinic / Swab Test ( Bp Health)
3. Isolate - follow our sop table ( 3 to 10 days )
4.Fill up the goggle form for symptom or contact trace
